Output

Supported syntax

Everything in CommonMark plus GitHub extensions: tables, strikethrough (~~text~~), task lists and autolinks. Conversion uses the marked library.

The rendered preview is sanitised with DOMPurify, so scripts and on… handlers in the Markdown never run here. The raw HTML output is left exactly as converted — if it comes from other people, sanitise it again before putting it on your website.

Questions

Does it add CSS styling?

No — it outputs semantic HTML (h1, p, table, ul) so your site’s own styles apply.
